Dharmendra a local rowdy cum illegal business man gives a task of getting Treasure from forest. Sathya a florist falls in love with a rich girl, but the girl finds out that Sathya is low class person, and he doesn't suit for her family background breakups with him, taking this as a challenge with the help of a corrupt police officer, he works for illegal activities and gains a share from it. Meanwhile Devu's mother having issues with her vision, to overcome that an operation costs more than he can afford, so he joins hands with the corrupt police officer to accomplish a illegal work, so that he will get a share in it. Even Arjun having the same intention to earn easy money joins together and heads to search the hidden treasure. Meanwhile a team from Pakistan and Mumbai together join hands to get the same treasurer from rudheera kanive forest. As there will be a n-number of missing cases and murders happening in that particular place, Home Minister orders CID Officer to take a look at the instance. Followed by this, Sathya and Arjun heads to the treasure place with the help of the map given by the geologist. Having the same copy of map with the team Pakistan and Mumbai they both fights to take out the treasure. But, the place mentioned in the map haves a grave of girl buried there. The spirit from the buried ground flashes out and recites a story of previous life where Sathya is Sagar who is in love with a girl Nakshathra, the girl will be killed by these two guys presently from Pakistan and Mumbai respectively. Nakshathra takes revenge on these two guys. Knowing all these instances CID officer forgives Sathya (Sagar) for his good nature and lets him free without arresting him. In the climax treasurer will be handed over to the government.
